✅ Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
You received a damaged or defective item
The product you received is different from what you ordered
You received an expired or missing item in your package
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
🕒 Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Products that are used, opened, or damaged by the customer
Items returned after 3 days of delivery
Stationery essentials like pens, pencils, erasers (unless damaged/wrong item)
Personalized or custom items
